- SDVOSB Eligibility: Offerors must be certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to compete under this set-aside solicitation.
- SAM.gov Registration: Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov at time of offer submission.
- Submission Portal: All proposals must be submitted through the OASIS+ Submission Portal (OSP) at oasis.app.cloud.gov; portal open as of January 12, 2026.
- Amendment Deadline: Offerors with offers submitted before Amendment 0009 must upload a signed SF 30 in Symphony no later than July 15, 2026, or risk disqualification.
- Award Status: Phase II apparent awardees were notified May 12, 2026; formal awards and notices to proceed targeted on or about May 22, 2026.
