We are seeking quotes for self-locking nuts (NASM25027 type, special emphasis shipboard material) delivered to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY).
Scope: Supply self-locking nuts built to NASM25027, designated SPECIAL EMPHASIS (Level I) material for a crucial shipboard system.Set-aside: Total small business set-aside, issued as a DO-rated order under DPAS and Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities.Quality and certification: Certification data CDRLs (DD 1423) are due 20 days before delivery, and PNSY reviews them within 6 working days of receipt.Standards: Work must follow listed documents including MIL-STD-792, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, MIL-I-45208, and MIL-STD-45662.Delivery: Final delivery is due within 365 days after the contract effective date.Warranty and evaluation: One-year warranty from delivery, Buy American rules apply, and past performance is considered in evaluation.The basics
