This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541940 Veterinary Services. The small business size standard is $10 million.
This acquisition is being conducted under other than full and open competition; see Attachment 3 - Class Justification and Approval. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
