We are seeking quotes for a national requirements contract for Methylphenidate ER tablets (18MG, 27MG, 36MG, and 54MG in 100-count bottles) supplied to Department of War, VA, Indian Health Service, and Bureau of Prisons customers through DLA and VA prime vendor programs.
Items required: Methylphenidate ER 18MG, 27MG, 36MG, and 54MG tablets in 100-count bottles.
Contract type: Firm-fixed price requirements contract under FAR 52.216-21, establishing a national supply source.
Period of performance: One base year plus four one-year options.
Competition: Unrestricted and fully competitive; all sources may submit a proposal.
Acquisition rules: Commercial item solicited under FAR Part 12; annual usage estimates will be in the Schedule of Supplies.
