We are seeking proposals for commercial medical equipment, accessories, consumables, and simulation equipment for sale through DLA Troop Support's online Electronic Catalog (ECAT) ordering system.
Scope of Products: Commercial medical equipment used by medical professionals and lab personnel, plus accessories, consumables, and medical simulation/training equipment; exclusions are detailed on solicitation pages 33–36.
Contract Type: Multiple awards to all responsible offerors (manufacturers, distributors, or designated sources) whose prices are deemed fair and reasonable.
Period of Performance: Standing solicitation remains open for five years from issue date or until replaced by an updated solicitation.
Proposal Submission: Complete proposals, including all certifications, may be submitted at any time during the solicitation's open periods via DIBBS.
Compliance Requirement: Offerors must comply with all solicitation terms and conditions; any exceptions taken may result in exclusion from award consideration.
