We are seeking quotes for local voice and data circuits and domestic long distance access at the Presidio of Monterey, CA.
Scope of work: Provide the local voice and data circuits listed in the Statement of Work, delivered to the demarcation locations.
All-or-none bid: Quotes must cover ALL circuits in SOW Appendix 10; partial quotes will not be considered.
Carrier certification: Only facilities-based incumbent or competitive local exchange carriers certified by the State of California may bid, with proof submitted.
Registration required: Offeror must provide its SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and complete SAM representations and certifications.
Quote package: Submit by email the completed price spreadsheet with taxes and fees, a technical narrative with network diagram, and three years of relevant past performance.
Term and award: Firm-fixed-price contract with an installation/cut-over phase and a base year; prices must stay firm for 90 days.
