We are seeking quotes for local voice and data circuits (per Appendix 10 of the Statement of Work) at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Scope: Provide ALL local voice and data circuits listed in SOW Appendix 10, delivered to the demarcation locations; the award is all-or-none.
Carrier Requirement: Only facilities-based local exchange carriers certified by the State of Alabama may quote; resellers, agents, and brokers are not accepted.
Customer of Record: The quote must make the US Army the primary Customer of Record with the carrier providing the circuits.
Required Submissions: Include your SAM UEI, proof of carrier certification, the completed price spreadsheet with all taxes and fees, a technical narrative with network diagram, and past performance from the last 3 years.
Period of Performance: Installation/cut-over, then a 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years.
Contract and Evaluation: Firm-fixed-price award, evaluated on price, technical capability, and past performance, with prices held firm for 90 days; not a small business set-aside (NAICS 517111).
