Due date and time

• Proposal abstracts are due November 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET. (Attachment 4, p. 2)
• Full proposals are due January 29, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. ET. (Attachment 4, p. 2)

How to submit

• Unclassified components must be submitted through the DARPA Broad Agency Announcement Tool (BAAT) by the proposal due date and time. (Attachment 4, p. 5)

Questions deadline

• Question submittal (classified and unclassified) closes January 13, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. ET. (Attachment 4, p. 2)

Set-aside and participation goals

• No portion of this announcement is set aside for specific organization types such as HBCU or MI. (Attachment 4, p. 9)

Contract term

• Period of performance is 18 months: a 12-month Base period and a 6-month Option period. (Attachment 4, p. 2)

Pricing format

• Cost proposal uses the DARPA Streamlined Cost Proposal Spreadsheet (SEPT 2025). All cell calculations must have a traceable formula. (Attachment 2, p. 1)
• Other direct costs need a separate section for the Base and each Option, with all columns filled in: quantity, unit price, extended price. (Attachment 2, p. 6)

Forms to return

• A cover sheet is required, including organization type, points of contact, SAM.gov UEI, TIN, CAGE code, and a proposal validity period of at least 120 days. (Attachment 3, p. 2)
