We are seeking quotes for repair, testing, and inspection of pneumatic cylinders to Ready for Issue condition at the contractor's facility for NAVSUP WSS.
Scope of work: Inspect, disassemble, repair or replace components, reassemble, and test units per the approved repair/overhaul manual.
Turnaround time: Repair must be completed within 234 days after the contractor receives each asset.
Induction period: Assets are accepted for repair for 365 days after award; later arrivals need written agreement with the Contracting Officer.
Throughput constraint: Offeror must state how many assets per month they can repair for each NSN.
Tooling and equipment: Contractor must supply all fixtures, tooling, and test equipment; the Government provides none.
Wire and soldering: MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited and SAE-AS22759 wire must be used; personnel must be trained and certified to IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C.
