What the gig needs

We are seeking quotes for a comprehensive full-service maintenance and repair plan for one Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (S/N A01716) at the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC).

Contract & Quantity: Sole source to Illumina Inc.; four one-year Silver Support Plan line items (CAT# 20019988), each QTY-1/EA, covering S/N A01716 / ECN 108501.
Technician Standard: All parts, labor, travel, preventive maintenance, and on-site applications support must be performed by OEM-certified and authorized service technicians.
Response Times: Remote technical support required Monday–Friday 0600–1800; on-site technician response required within two business days of a reported hardware issue.
Preventive Maintenance: One on-site preventive maintenance visit per year, conducted in accordance with OEM standards and requirements.
Included Coverage: Plan must cover no-cost replacement of proprietary reagents lost due to hardware failure and include control software and hardware updates per OEM standards.
