This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation FA461027Q0250 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is anticipated to be awarded by 11 Nov 2026. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.

The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561740, and the applicable PSC is S214. This acquisition will be made as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a size standard of $8.5 Million.
