Technical documents: Vendor review of the IRPOD is mandatory; documents are on the BPMI/UNNPP logistics site, which requires pre-registration and a password.
Set-aside: Total small business set-aside, with a CMMC level notice and a priority rating for national defense use.
Compliance: Contractor must use the specified document revisions, and any exception or waiver must be identified at quote time or before manufacture.
Inspection and delivery: Inspection and acceptance, item unique identification, and WAWF electronic invoicing are required, with FOB destination delivery.
Quote validity: Pricing is valid 60 days after the closing date unless you state a different number of days.
