We are seeking quotes for manufacture of AN/BRR-6 Outboard Cable Assemblies (2W1) for use on Navy submarines, delivered FOB destination.
Scope of work: Manufacture AN/BRR-6 Outboard Cable Assembly (2W1), including the 2W1 mold assembly, to Drawings 8590842, 8590854 and 8603513.
Technical standards: Must meet NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-020/MLDG and S9320-AM-PRO-030/MLDG plus MIL-DTL-915, MIL-STD-130, ISO 9001 and NCSL Z540.3 calibration requirements.
Connector coating: Surface preparation, application and inspection of the non-conductive coating on the connector metal plug body (Item 10 of drawing 8590842) is required.
Set-aside and sourcing: Total small business set-aside, with Buy American and Free Trade Agreement certifications and item unique identification (IUID) marking required.
Evaluation and award: Best value to the Government based on past performance and price, using simplified acquisition procedures.
Delivery and options: Delivery is FOB destination, invoicing is through Wide Area Workflow, and the Government has a 365-day option for increased quantity; DPAS priority rating applies.
