Drawings and specs: Drawings 2674051, 2825437, 7123520, 7123838 and 7138634 apply and take precedence over the contract text; they are viewable on SAM.gov under the solicitation number.
Marking standards: Items must be marked per applicable military standards such as MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-1285 unless the drawings say otherwise.
Configuration control: Engineering change proposals, deviations and waivers must follow MIL-STD-973 paragraph 5.4.8 and be sent to NAVICP-MECH.
Inspection: Government source inspection per FAR 52.246-2 is required, and delivery is FOB destination.
