Pricing required: Also quote a beyond repair/beyond economic repair price and, if available, an approximate cost of a new item; do not include shipping.
Delivery schedule: Certification data is due 20 days before delivery, and final delivery is within 110 days after contract effective date.
Quality level: Special Emphasis material (Level I, Scope of Certification) for a crucial shipboard system, with data submitted on DD 1423 CDRLs.
Set-aside and rating: Total small business set-aside; the order is a DPAS "DO" rated order, and past performance will be evaluated.
Warranty and drawings: One-year warranty from delivery; drawing EB-4707 access must be requested on SAM.gov and by email to the POC.
