We are seeking quotes for Level 1 repair of a Cable Assembly, Inboard (Drawing EB-4707) for a critical shipboard system.
Scope of Repair: Firm Fixed Price teardown, evaluation, inspection, and full repair to 'like new' or 'A' condition per the statement of work.
Pricing Required: Submit an FFP repair price, a Beyond Repair/Beyond Economic Repair (BR/BER) price, and approximate cost of a new item if available.
Special Emphasis Material: Item is designated Level I Special Emphasis for a critical shipboard system; special quality control procedures per specification sections C and E are required.
Period of Performance: Final delivery is due within 110 days after contract effective date; certification CDRLs must be submitted at least 20 days prior to scheduled delivery.
Small Business Set-Aside: This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the applicable deviation.
Drawing Access: Access to drawing EB-4707 must be requested on SAM.gov and confirmed by emailing the primary POC (benjamin.t.spangler.civ@us.navy.mil).
