We are requesting pricing for as-needed plumbing maintenance, repairs, parts, and boiler/tankless water heater maintenance at Richmond State Supported Living Center, 2100 Preston, Richmond, TX 77469.
- Plumbing services: Installation, maintenance, inspections, repairs, routine service, and emergency plumbing support
- Typical repairs: Faucets, fixtures, flush valves, fill valves, toilets, clogged drains, leaking water/drain lines, shut-off valves, hose bibs, hydrants, sinks, traps, supply lines, pressure issues, mixing/tempering valves, minor piping, sewer lines, and gas lines
- Backflow work: Installation of new assemblies plus testing and repair of approximately 100 existing backflow assemblies using OEM parts and required paperwork
- Response times: Standard service calls within 4 hours; emergency on-site response within 1 hour
- Requirements: Licensed plumbing personnel with applicable Texas plumbing and environmental qualifications; provide labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, cleanup, and disposal
