What the gig needs
We are looking for boiler maintenance, inspection, and as-needed repair services at Terrell State Hospital, 1200 East Brin Street, Terrell, TX 75160.
- Equipment: Fourteen (14) Lochinvar boilers and three (3) steam boilers
- Annual work: Clean burners, inspect heat exchangers/tubes, check gas valves, controls, linkages, safeties, pressures, combustion, and operating conditions
- Reporting: Provide written service reports, operating logs, and any deficiencies found
- Response times: 4-hour response for service calls and 1-hour on-site response for emergencies
- Schedule: Regular work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT; mandatory site visit available August 3 or August 4 at 10:30 AM
- Requirements: Texas HVAC licensing, 5 years relevant experience, background checks, insurance, and 24-hour contact availability
