What the gig needs
We are looking for plumbing and natural gas maintenance services at Lufkin State Supported Living Center, 6844 North US Highway 69, Pollok, TX 75969.
- Services: Plumbing installation, maintenance, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and routine/emergency service
- Systems: Natural gas piping/testing, water piping, underground piping, sewer lines, drains, fixtures, water heaters, recirculation systems, backflow preventers, and sewage ejector systems
- Response: Standard service response within 4 hours; emergency on-site response within 1 hour
- Schedule: Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central, with after-hours service as needed
- Requirements: Current Texas plumbing licenses, 24-hour contact coverage, quarterly inspections, and ability to service within a 40-mile radius
