Equipment: Approximately 500 HVAC-related units, including cooling towers, pumps, drivers, chillers, steam piping distribution, related plumbing, and piping insulation
Services: Preventive maintenance, system diagnostics, repairs, and installation support as needed
Response times: 4-hour response for service calls and 2-hour on-site response for emergency requests
Availability: 24/7 coverage required, including weekends and holidays
Technicians: Minimum of two Carrier-certified and two Trane-certified technicians available at all times
Temporary equipment: Ability to lease heating/cooling support equipment up to 400-ton capacity during repairs
Replacement equipment: Ability to furnish and install equivalent replacement equipment with at least a 90-day warranty
Site visit: One in-person site visit is required on either July 21 or July 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM
