Scope: Repair and replace chillers, package units, air handlers, condensers, pumps, VFDs, controls, coils, compressors, refrigerant circuits, duct connections, and related HVAC components across multiple buildings
Requirements: Provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, engineering support, startup, testing, balancing, commissioning, and closeout documentation
Systems: Includes Carrier, Trane, York, STULZ/Liebert-type, Toshiba VFD, and boiler circulation pump work; replacements must meet or exceed existing factory specifications
