What they need

Existing conditionsIntegrate supplied source and water-use data into models for both areas; assess water resources, environmental conditions, and land-use and weather trends; provide maps, tables, and figures.
Demand forecastingModel demand for 2040, 2050, and 2060 by use category, including annual averages and peak monthly demand; conduct one assumptions workshop and prepare a forecast report.
Supply and resilienceIdentify supply gaps, evaluate alternatives where needed, and prepare conservation, drought response, and water supply risk strategies, including two risk data collection meetings.
Final deliverablesCompile two final plans, support two in-person public meetings, provide a meeting toolkit and outcomes report, and deliver one virtual presentation. Price each public meeting separately.
Schedule and pricingProvide costs by task and deliverable for all six tasks. Only Task 1 is currently funded, with completion needed by March 30, 2027; subsequent work is on-call as funding becomes available, with final plans due October 9, 2029.
