Tortilla press: One Large Wedge Press #12L, 220/240V, producing 4–10 inch tortillas at 1,800 per hour using a wheat/corn flour blend. Press and oven must press and fully cook tortillas.
Dough divider rounder: One #65, 36-part, 11/30 configuration without conversion, 220V; 36 dough balls per batch, adjustable from 0.7–4.3 oz.
Accessories: One each: dual dough trolley loader #78, press/oven stand #29A, wide 60-inch exit conveyor #D-90-007 (240V), and cleaning kit #01-9000-00.
Delivery and setup: Include freight, unloading, and complete installation ready for use; target delivery within 180 calendar days of order.
Training and operation: Include three days of all-inclusive on-site training, startup on day four, and seven business days of trouble-free operation after startup.
Documentation and warranty: Include operating and maintenance manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and at least a 120-day warranty against defects.
