What the job is
Facilities: Two cafés, a pavilion concession space, two retail locations, and a single entrance with three ticket booths.
Operations: Provide staffing, inventory, supplies, equipment upkeep, and ticketing technology supporting online sales, group sales, and member entry.
Schedule and volume: Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m.–5 p.m., plus event support. Annual attendance was approximately 370,000 in 2025.
Term and pricing: Up to 10 years with five optional one-year renewals. Include separate gross-sales commission rates for foodservice, catering, retail, and admissions, proposed capital investment, and a five-year financial projection.
Experience: Current accredited-zoo operations experience, with annual comparable-attraction revenues of at least $1 million each in foodservice and retail and $5 million in managed admissions.
