- Motivational interviewingOne training comprising two in-person sessions, each potentially a full day, accommodating up to 30 professionals.
- Additional coursesOne or two ethics of risk mitigation/harm reduction courses; one or two stages of change courses; and one resilience-based supervision course. Each course consists of one session. Ethics and stages of change sessions are up to two hours; virtual delivery is permitted.
- Training deliverablesDevelop course outlines, evidence-based and culturally competent content, participant materials, interactive exercises, and session evaluations tailored to social service staff.
- Continuing educationProvide CE credits for nursing and social work.
- Logistics and pricingInclude venue reservations for in-person sessions, Zoom access for virtual sessions, materials, travel, hourly rates, and pricing by course.
- Timing and budgetAnticipated start December 7, 2026; maximum $25,000 annually, renewable for up to two additional years subject to funding.
