Washers: One 30 lb and one 40 lb hardmount commercial washer, equivalent to Dexter Express specifications, with programmable six-cycle controls and 200 G extraction.
Dryer: One 55 lb commercial dryer. The reference sheet lists a 50 lb Dexter T-50; please identify your proposed capacity and gas or electric configuration.
Installation: Install one washer in the Laundry and one washer plus the dryer in Jones Cottage.
Removal: Remove one existing washer from the Laundry.
