What they need

QuantitiesStations #1, #9, #19 and #23: one unit each; #8: two units; #28: four units; #29: five rooftop units.
EquipmentLike-for-like replacements, minimum 15 SEER; Goodman preferred, followed by Rheem or equally compatible equipment. Air handlers must accommodate MERV 8 filters. Include digital non-programmable thermostats and electric heat strips where applicable.
InstallationRemove and dispose of existing equipment and recover refrigerant. Include line sets or flushing of reusable lines, applicable filter driers, condensate pans and overflow protection, necessary mounts, duct transitions, gas/flue updates, and electrical connections.
Testing and permitsInclude pressure testing, triple vacuum, refrigerant charging, startup, permits and inspections. Complete work to current North Carolina code.
ScheduleWork Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; complete within 180 calendar days of authorization to begin. Mandatory site visit starts November 5, 2026, at 9 a.m. at 220 S Dawson St, Raleigh, NC 27601, followed by the remaining locations.
