- Materials: Quote 6063-T6 aluminum and a 6063-T5 option. Quote AAMA 2604 and AAMA 2605 powder-coating options.
- Construction: Picket spacing under 4 inches; 2½-inch line and end posts, 3-inch gate posts, and posts set 32–36 inches deep in concrete.
- Gates: One 8–10-foot entrance gate and one 3-foot walk-through gate.
- Schedule: Complete within 30 calendar days of starting and before November 30, 2026.
