What the job is
Scope: HSEEP-aligned planning, development, conduct, and evaluation of all-hazards tabletop and functional exercises over a three-year term.
Exercise options: Up to three quarterly exercises plus one two-day functional exercise in late spring/early summer, covering all four locations.
Participants and staffing: Tabletop exercises for 30–50 participants; functional/hybrid exercises for approximately 150–250. Provide three support personnel for quarterly exercises and 12 for the two-day exercise, including controllers, evaluators, and simulation cell staff.
Deliverables: Planning meetings, scenarios and injects, participant materials, evaluation guides, weekly updates, after-action reports, improvement plans, and closeout materials.
Pricing: Provide separate per-exercise rates for tabletop, quarterly functional, hybrid, and two-day functional options, including staffing, travel, materials, and reporting.
