What the job is
Site and term: Approximately 120 square feet, leased as is, for a minimum of three years beginning January 1, 2027; renewals desired.
Services: 24-hour withdrawals, deposits, and transfers; access to at least two major national networks using existing regional/national cards.
Provider responsibilities: Supply, install, maintain, and secure the ATM; cover connectivity, alarms, required site improvements, and any necessary temperature or humidity controls. Existing utilities are provided except telephone, alarm, and computer line services.
Eligibility: North Carolina domestic, registered, and qualified financial institution; no subleasing.
Pricing: Specify annual rent you would pay for year one and annual increases of at least 2% beginning in year two, including renewals. Usage is not guaranteed; transaction fees must not exceed those at your other ATM locations.
Insurance: General liability coverage of $1 million/$3 million, $1 million product liability coverage per person, and applicable workers’ compensation and automobile coverage.
