Framework: Erik M. Francis Depth of Knowledge Framework, grounded in Dr. Norman Webb’s research.
Service Population: Approximately 1,800 teachers, 113 administrators, district leaders, and instructional coaches across 35 elementary and secondary schools.
Phase I: Teacher, administrator, and coach professional development; job-embedded learning; and after-school, evening, and virtual sessions during the 2026–2027 school year.
Future Phases: On-site and virtual coaching, leadership development, instructional walkthroughs, PLC support, and train-the-trainer capacity building.
Quote Requirements: Total all-inclusive cost, phase-by-phase breakdown, daily rates, travel, materials, and optional services.
Qualifications: Documented experience implementing the Erik M. Francis framework, supporting school improvement, and delivering measurable instructional outcomes.
