What the job is
Response plans: Help schools develop, implement, and evaluate cardiac emergency response plans using Project ADAM and/or American Heart Association tools, including response teams, annual drills, and local EMS coordination.
Training: Provide school personnel with certified CPR, AED, and basic first aid training following nationally recognized standards.
AED support: Assist with placement, accessibility, maintenance, and registration; separately identify any optional AEDs, replacement pads, batteries, and readiness checks.
Technical assistance: Support Project ADAM Heart Safe School Designation and ensure participating schools have current response plans.
Program management: Include a qualified project manager, monthly meetings and program reports, quarterly financial reports, and annual and final reporting.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive quote covering staffing, materials, equipment, and travel, with service quantities and pricing assumptions identified.
