What the job is
Schedule and delivery: As-needed training from January–December 2027, delivered via Microsoft Teams, in person, or a hybrid format.
Yellow Belt: 15–25 participants per class.
Green Belt: 12–15 participants; project-based and non-project certification pathways, with up to 6 hours of individual coaching per participant.
Black Belt: 2–3 participants; project-based certification, with up to 8 hours of individual coaching per participant.
Master Black Belt: 2–3 participants, with up to 10 hours of coaching and mentorship per participant.
Course requirements: Customized certification criteria and assessments, interactive exercises, practical examples, completion certificates, and a summary of participation and certificates awarded.
Trainer experience: At least 2 years each delivering Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
Pricing: Fixed per-participant rates for each belt level, including instruction, materials, manuals, exams, certification fees, coaching, and travel.
