What the job is
Scope: Gather stakeholder input, develop 2027 strategic plans focused on aging and longevity, and provide ongoing strategic support through June 30, 2027.
Retreat: Plan and facilitate an interactive, public-access retreat in early 2027, lasting no more than six hours; coordinate outreach, venue, catering, and logistics.
Deliverables: Prepare pre-work, agenda, slides, and a post-retreat survey using provided branded templates. Allow two weeks for review and finalize materials at least one week before the retreat; provide meeting minutes and documented outcomes afterward.
Qualifications: Lead consultant must have at least three years of strategic planning experience with volunteer professionals, a bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field, aging and longevity policy expertise, and human-centered design experience.
Pricing: Provide fully loaded hourly rates by staff role, including overhead, travel, and profit. Venue, catering, and printing are reimbursed at actual cost without markup; total labor and direct costs must remain within $52,000.
