TermJanuary 1–June 30, 2027, with up to three optional one-year renewals.
Volume and pricingApproximately 3,000 loads annually, with no guaranteed minimum. Please provide an all-inclusive price per voucher load.
Load sizeDebris, bulk items, and garbage limited to one pickup truck bed or one 8-foot trailer, with the pile under 3 feet tall.
ExclusionsNo liquid waste, hazardous waste, or paint. Oversized loads, mattresses, and tires require separate charges collected directly from residents if accepted.
FacilityAccept voucher loads throughout operating hours beginning January 1, 2027. Please include the facility’s street address, operating hours, and holiday closures.
Voucher processingInclude electronic resident lookup, monthly voucher validation, and monthly reports listing service dates and resident addresses, submitted with invoices. All setup and maintenance costs must be included.
