Dump trucks: Tandem, highway-use, 15 cubic yards (150 hours); articulated, 40-ton capacity with tailgate, minimum 460 hp and 152,500 lb GVW (40 hours). Ability to supply six of each type when needed. Tri-axle dump truck with operator: estimated 1,400 hours.
Large tracked excavator: Minimum 170 hp, 1.5–3 cubic yard bucket; estimated 1,325 hours; two units available when needed. Hydraulic ram attachment rated at least 5,000 ft-lb: estimated 150 hours.
Small tracked excavator: Minimum 90 hp, 19-foot digging depth, 1–2 cubic yard bucket, and 18,000 lb bucket digging force; zero-turn preferred; estimated 570 hours; two units available when needed. Ram attachment specified at 3,000 lb or greater: estimated 20 hours.
Escort truck: 4WD with flashing safety lights for emergency snow removal; estimated 50 hours; two units available when needed.
Rates and scheduling: Include operators, fuel, lubrication, maintenance, repairs, and routine mobilization/demobilization, including moves between sites within a five-mile radius. Eight-hour minimum per work order; listed hours are estimates. Service period runs through November 30, 2027. Provide routine response time and confirm emergency response within 48 hours; emergency mobilization pays $750 per piece delivered and working within 24 hours.
