Paving: Mainline and ramp pavement, subbase, shoulders, and removals; includes 59,885 square yards of 10-inch performance-related concrete pavement and 36,354 square yards of 10¼-inch jointed concrete pavement.
Structures: Bridges, structural steel, piling, and retaining walls, including 31,685 square feet of mechanically stabilized earth wall.
Site infrastructure: Drainage, erosion control, landscaping, fencing, lighting, traffic signals, ITS infrastructure, toll plaza facilities, and overhead sign foundations.
Site coordination: Maintain traffic and protect aviation equipment and existing utilities.
Schedule: Anticipated start March 22, 2027; completion by July 15, 2030.
