What they need

Tile and mastic abatementfurnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and disposal for asbestos-related tile and mastic removal throughout designated Howlett Building areas.
First floor areasabatement in the south and west office areas, to be performed in phases per the provided diagram.
Second floor areaabatement in the northwest office suite, including Howlett room 275, per the provided diagram.
Fifth floor areasabatement in the north suite and fifth floor mezzanine, per the provided diagrams.
Compliance and performance requirementswork must comply with applicable asbestos abatement, OSHA, EPA, IDPH, NESHAPS, NIOSH, ANSI, ASTM, building code, environmental, disposal, safety, and permitting requirements.
Work schedulework is to be performed during normal business hours, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Vendor qualificationscontractor must be pre-qualified by the State of Illinois Capital Development Board for this type of work and have documented three years of abatement removal and procedure experience.
