Bridge reconstruction: Roselle Road over IL 390 in Cook County; Atkinson Road and Everett Road over I-94 in Lake County; Rockton, Harlem, Spring Creek, and Rote Roads over I-90 in Winnebago County.
Fiber optic and traffic systems: Fiber cables, conduit, and communications design along I-90 from Rockton Road to Elgin Plaza, mileposts 2.2–53.8, in Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, and Kane Counties; active traffic management design along I-94 from Grand Avenue to O’Plaine Road, mileposts 8.5–12.0, in Lake County.
Noise walls: Noise studies, wall design, geotechnical support, and preliminary roadway geometry along I-355 from I-55 to Army Trail Road in DuPage County, excluding mileposts 17.2–22.6.
Interchange improvements: I-294 at Irving Park Road in Cook County; new ramps and flyover, Mannheim Road widening, traffic signal modifications, retaining walls, toll plaza, drainage, and lighting design.
Deliverables and staffing: Engineering studies, drawings, specifications, permits, CADD models, applicable supporting disciplines, and construction-phase design support. Relevant discipline prequalification, Illinois-licensed engineers, and independent design quality reviewers are required.
Schedule: Anticipated start in 2027; design periods range from 12–24 months, with overall assignments lasting approximately 24–48 months depending on the project.
