Septic and debris removalPump out and remove septic tanks and drain lines at both properties, backfill voids, remove all foundations and slabs, and haul away demolition debris, abandoned items, and vegetation needed for access. Include pump-out documentation and removal photos.
Site restorationInclude fill, grading for positive drainage, erosion controls, and seeding with 2–4 inches of straw after final-grade approval.
Site verification and safetyA site visit is required before quoting. Surveys identified no materials containing 1% or more asbestos; concealed suspect materials require evaluation. Include required demolition notifications, an on-site qualified competent person, and a Blue Card holder.
