Reports: Summary or complete self-contained appraisal reports with maps, legal descriptions, photographs, development and property limitations analysis, and at least five comparables when using the comparable sales approach.
Qualifications: Georgia-licensed and certified appraisers; reports must comply with current USPAP standards.
Site visits: Required for each project, with a local representative available to meet on-site within 48 hours of notification.
