What the job is
Existing Conditions: Analyze land use, zoning, market conditions, housing, transportation, pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, transit, and sustainable infrastructure.
Plan Development: Develop economic development, multimodal transportation, sustainability, placemaking, and housing strategies.
Community Engagement: Lead stakeholder committees, focus groups, surveys, and at least three formal public engagement opportunities.
Deliverables: Produce draft and final master plans, concept plans, renderings, implementation strategies, cost estimates, and editable source files.
Schedule: Begin within 10 calendar days of notice to proceed and complete the project by October 2028.
Budget: Total project cost may not exceed $250,000.
