Size and layout: One 10′ × 12′ double-run kennel with two separated dog runs, interior kennel areas, and an insulated feed room.
Construction: Tuff rib metal roof; insulated fiberglass entry door with keyed latch; two 18″ × 27″ insulated windows with screens; 20″ plexiglass dog door; glass-board-lined dog box; chain-link fencing with two interior and two exterior doors.
Insulation and flooring: Mineral wool insulation rated R-15 walls, R-21 floor, and R-30 ceiling/roof; LP Prostruct textured flooring or equivalent with epoxy coating and watertight floor penetrations; poly decking on outside runs.
Electrical: Four GFCI-protected receptacles mounted at least 5′ high, two indoors and two outdoors; interior and exterior LED lighting plus an exterior security light; capacity for two 110V, 20A circuits and one 208V, 60A circuit. Moisture-resistant/vapor-tight kennel fixtures preferred.
Delivery and installation: Include freight, unloading, placement equipment, and ground leveling. Flatbed access may be limited. Complete installation by October 23, 2026; work hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.
