What the job is
Alarm and sprinkler systems: Semiannual fire alarm testing, quarterly sprinkler inspections and testing, and annual smoke detector sensitivity testing, with NFPA-compliant electronic reports.
Special systems: Semiannual FM-200 and kitchen hood suppression servicing; fire pump testing at required intervals, including weekly testing at 175 S. Arizona Ave., Chandler, AZ 85225.
Extinguishers and monitoring: Annual ABC, BC, CO2, and Halon extinguisher servicing, semiannual servicing in the jail area, and continuous monitoring through the existing UL-listed central station.
Qualifications: Honeywell NOTIFIER Engineered Systems Distributor credentials and capability to repair, troubleshoot, and reprogram all existing alarm panel brands.
Scheduling and response: Sprinkler testing at courts and two libraries from 5–8 AM weekdays; 24/7 service with a two-hour emergency response and routine service within 24 hours.
Pricing: Provide site-specific service pricing for a one-year term, including routine maintenance, plus repair labor rates, parts markup, and extinguisher recharge and hydrostatic testing rates.
