Scope of WorkContractor must supply a TMS Kit configured to interoperate the VAROC V250 Air Dynamometer 250 with the GE T408 Turboshaft Aircraft Engine for FEDS testing.
TMS Kit ComponentsKit must include TMS module/shaft with spline adapter and splined hub, TMS plumbing, a calibration kit with weights, signal processor, Rotastat Control unit, and 90 ft. cable.
Application StudyContractor must evaluate the V250 Dynamometer against T408 testing objectives and define interface requirements covering test plans, inertia requirements, speeds, and power.
Study DeliverablesDeliverables include special rotor recommendations for inertia, identification of the complete torque measurement equipment set, and updated or newly generated drawings and documents.
