What the gig needs

• Work area: Existing Fire Department kitchen in an occupied 24-hour facility
• Cabinets: Remove existing cabinets and install new painted birch wood upper and lower cabinets with hardwood plywood boxes, soft-close doors/drawers, adjustable shelving, and full-extension drawer slides
• Countertops: Furnish and install new 3 cm solid surface or quartz countertops, including cutouts, edge finishing, polishing, sealants, and supports
• Island: Remove and replace the existing kitchen island to match the new cabinet and countertop system
• Backsplash: Furnish and install new backsplash with trim, grout, sealants, and finished edges
• Plumbing: Install two stainless steel undermount sinks, faucets, strainers, shutoff valves, supply lines, drain piping, traps, and required accessories; reconnect and test plumbing
• Electrical: Replace affected receptacles, switches, GFCI devices, and cover plates, then verify proper operation
• Schedule: Work to be completed within 60 days after start authorization
