Flooring: Commercial slip-resistant tile (Daltile or equal), full setting materials, grout, transitions; ensure slope to existing floor drains
Plumbing fixtures: ADA-compliant water closets, urinals, undermount sinks, Sloan flushometers, PROFLO or equal faucets; include P-traps, shutoffs, compression supply lines, limited rough-in modifications, and system commissioning
Partitions & accessories: HDPE solid-plastic toilet/urinal partitions (one ADA stall), soft-close doors, Bobrick mirrors/dispensers/grab bars, ADA signage
ADA: Limited modifications to achieve compliance (grab bars, blocking, mounting heights, clear floor space) — no full layout reconfiguration
Electrical: Replace fixtures with LEDs, correct GFCI deficiencies, tie-ins to existing circuits
Fire & closeout: Firestop all penetrations, provide inspection approvals, O&M manuals, and warranties
