We are looking for pricing on an HVAC rooftop unit replacement project at Camp Mabry Building 75, 2200 W.
Equipment: Replace seven existing Carrier 48HJE007G-631CA 6-ton rooftop package units with similar or equal units in capacity, tonnage, and performance
Removal: Disconnect, remove, and properly dispose of existing rooftop units, drain lines, and related equipment
Installation: Furnish and install seven new RTUs with hail guard louvers, equipment pads or isolation feet, side discharge, and connections to existing 460V 3-phase electrical, gas lines, ductwork/plenum, and roof drains
Controls: Install new thermostats, connect to existing or replacement duct detectors, and integrate with fire alarm systems
Startup: Include testing, balancing, commissioning, cleanup, debris removal, and closeout documentation
Site Visit: Attendance is required on July 16, 2026 at either 10:00 AM or 1:00 PM
