We are looking for a quote for general campus repairs/construction at Lubbock State Supported Living Center, 3401 North University, Lubbock, Texas 79416.
Work: As-needed campus repairs including concrete work, painting, wall repairs, doors, ceiling repairs, and new lay-in ceilings
Concrete: Sidewalks, ramps, parking lots, and other campus concrete needs
Interior/Exterior: Client homes and administration buildings; CMU, brick, wall, and ceiling repairs
Schedule: Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT, with possible approved after-hours or emergency work
Response Times: 4-hour response for service calls; 1-hour on-site response for emergencies
Requirements: Provide labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, cleanup, and proper disposal; use high-quality or OEM-equivalent materials
Compliance: Work must meet applicable accessibility requirements and trade licensing requirements
