We are looking for janitorial services at two office locations: 400 East Hackberry Avenue, McAllen, TX 78501 and 1359 Lomaland Drive, Suite 300, El Paso, TX 79935.
Facilities: McAllen office is approximately 30,000 sq. ft.; El Paso office is approximately 20,500 sq. ft
Schedule: Daily service five times per week, primarily after normal working hours; restroom service twice daily
Staffing: McAllen requires one day porter from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and two evening porters after 6:00 p.m.; uniformed staff required
Scope: Trash removal, restroom cleaning, floor sweeping/mopping, carpet vacuuming and spot cleaning, breakroom cleaning, glass/entrance cleaning, dusting, dispenser refills, and periodic window/blind/floor care
Supplies/Equipment: Vendor provides personnel, cleaning supplies, and equipment; restroom paper products, hand soap, trash bags, and certain bulbs are provided onsite
Term: Initial one-year service period with possible annual renewals
